At Flas Sale, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and personalized/custom orders are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@flassale.shop.

Order Issues

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@flassale.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
